Prior to joining Bank of America as a home loan manager Elizabeth joined Washington Mutual as a regional appraisal manager and then eventually fell into mortgage sales and became a branch manager for Washington Mutual managing multiple mortgage loan offices throughout the state of Colorado. Elizabeth is a member of the State of Colorado Governors Energy Office - Working Retrofit Group sitting on both the Finance and Appraisal/Greening the MLS committees, a board member of CHFA State Lender Advisory Board and the Boulder Board of Realtors Government Affairs Board.  David W. Scott, Colorado Landmark, David Scott is an EcoBroker® and a Green Realtor®, with Colorado Landmark Realty.
