Home buyers who participate in pre-purchase education are 30% less likely to foreclosr than those who don't. By attending our class, potential homeowners will gain the knowledge they need to make wise decisions along the way. Class completion is the first step to become eligible for local down payment assistance programs. N2N classes are certified by the Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) and follows guidelines from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and NeighborWorks America.GoalsTo help Larimer County residents become knowledgeable about the home buying process through eight hours of education tailored to first time home buyers. Down Payment Assistance Our class is required by local down payment assistance providers and the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. Class participants are also eligible to receive discounted mortgage insurance rates.
